Joseph Fry joined the Department of Economics as an Assistant Professor in Fall 2025. He holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and received his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Colorado-Boulder. His research is in the field of econometrics, focusing on nonstandard inference problems and on panel data methods like Synthetic Control.
